Dear Friends,
The beautiful and hope-filled season of Lent has begun. I think of the line from the prophet Hosea, ‘I will lure her into the wilderness and there I will speak to her heart’ (Hosea 2:14). This is one way to look at Lent; a time in the wilderness to reflect and look into our own hearts and our relationship with the Lord. Jesus spent 40 days alone in the desert, fasting and praying. Lent is our version of the same journey.
We will have the Stations of the Cross each Friday at 6pm starting on Friday March 15th.
