Dear Friends,
Just a reminder that we now have an extra hour of adoration from 1pm-2pm. This hour will be dedicated to pray for healing, both for victims of abuse and for our Church, in this difficult time. We will begin with the Divine Mercy Chaplet, led by me, Fr. Murchadh. I hope you can join us for all or some of it, and if not, maybe you can take a moment to ask God’s mercy for us all. ‘Eternal Father, I offer you, the Body and Blood, soul and divinity, of your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
I also want to welcome Fr. Stephen Bakor, who is visiting from Ghana. Fr. Stephen was here in the parish for 5 years. Many of you know him. He is visiting for 6 weeks.
